I noticed that Xoxide is new to OCN, so let's give them a warm welcome.

They have competitive pricing, pack well, and have great support. I've made several purchases from them and will soon be returning.
My latest order was for a Zalman Mic which I wasn't able to find for a good price anywhere. Newegg was out of stock, eBay was overpriced, and not even Amazon had it at the time! I sent in my order and paid with PayPal. Shipping was a fair price and the product itself was a great price. Here's the exact product I ordered: http://www.xoxide.com/zmmic1.html
Links from their websites make sense, which is nice when you're linking things. People know what they're about to click. lol

I sent my order in late at night and was sent an invoice instantly. Early next morning the product was shipped out and had the tracking information attached. Even though I ordered during the holiday season I received the product within a week (December 22nd @ night - Dec. 27th @ dawn). I like how each product has pictures taken from multiple angles which not every website does. The website is easy to browse and the checkout process is simple and painless.

If you haven't already made a purchase from Xoxide I would highly encourage you to! Try switching from your normal e-tailer and check these guys out.
Their pricing is great, their customer support is friendly and prompt, and I really enjoyed my buying experience there.

I spoke with Michael from online customer support just moments ago and asked him a few questions about the company itself. He's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
With his permission, I'm including what he said about Xoxide's Mission Statement since I couldn't find it on their website.

I bought http://www.xoxide.com/phobya-dualbayreservoir-black.html similar scenario, late night, a Sunday if i remember right, immediately got an invoice and it was shipped mid-day Monday and had it by Friday! Will definitely be ordering more!

Ordered a couple of Bitfenix Spectre Pros, best price I could find. They shipped them within 4 hours of me placing the order, along with a picture of what was being shipped. I thought this was really cool. Took exactly 1 week for it to arrive.

I had ordered from them years ago not long after they first opened and a few other times if I recall correctly. Though I believe most, if not all, of those purchases were before they changed ownership. I have always had pleasant experiences with them though (not sure if any of the original staff is still there or not). Selection has always been pretty nice and I remember back in the day they had some cases of their own 'Xoxide brand' that were feature-packed and good quality for the price. Hell, I still use the very first case I bought from them for my DAW.

I have been using Xoxide.com for a long long time now. Amazing site with great staff and customer service policy's. I have only had one problem with all the ordering form them and they busted their behinds to correct the very very small issue I had. All that had happends was some aluminum fan filter's arrived in a manner that they wouldn't attach to a fan properly. They didn't even want the old fan gaurd's back just a pic showing my issue. They shipped out new screen's ASAP with out hassle. Great company and I'm very glad to see them here on OCN.net!

Recently I placed some orders with Xoxide. Can you say fast shipping? Fast, I'm saying. Outstanding customer service as well. I could tell you a long story but suffice it to say if you're undecided about ordering from Xoxide, and you would like to order from a vendor with excellent customer service and who know how to treat customers right, I'm telling you that Xoxide deserves your business. I've never been a fanboy for vendors, and I don't throw out meaningless comments about every online transaction I make. Someone has to really impress me to get my attention. Xoxide did just that.
Mark me down as a satisfied Xoxide customer.
