youre helping the wrong people
I'm constantly helping people out with their computer issues, giving them my old parts so they can game and what not. I give a bunch of advice any time I can and stop to help people if I feel I have the ability too. I guess I've never done anything really "Heroic" but as a kid I used to run around telling people who smoked that if they don't stop they're going to die.

Count me in - Been dieing for a 1x Sound card sicne I cant fit my X-Fi Gamer under my GPU without Interferance (I was able to hear my Graphics Card through my speakers lol) So I Gave it to my Step Father who has some nice Suround sound but was using onboard with his ugly HP socket 775 machine.

To help people, thats what most of us are here fore =) my helpfulness however has dropped drastically, as you can see, My Rep Gain has pretty much died out completely.

However as for helping people, I try to go above the need, An old friend of mine got me into helping with Soup Kitchens and Homes for Adults etc. Unfortunately he fell on really bad times, He had no place to live for a few weeks, I let him stay over at night but at the time i was in Highschool, this was not with my Parents permission, but my Computer room was the basement so who would know hehe
But he is also a very proud man, so he left one day and none saw him for 3 years, he apparently walked to Alaska... And somewher ealong the way got Limes Disease, which went untreated for those 3 years.

This former Penjat Silat (I do NOT know the spelling) Master, taught by a grand Master from the Phillipines, is now barely able to walk, must use a cain, and cannot hold a work schedule because he often feels like a Chemo patient. His Hand Fasted "Wife" Left with his Son when he got very sick and was admitted to the hospital under charity care. Now he atleast has a place to stay Semi Permament.

So what I have Done for him, and what I have been doing for others as well, is Donating old Parts for his Computer. poor guy plays Morrowind at 4 FPS with a Rage pro on a Dell Pentium 2, might have been a 3.

The latest thing I donate to him was a Socket A 3200 barton Core and an nVidia FX 5*** something or other, unfortunately it was Stolen when he was living at one of those Homes for Adults.

Sicne Ive been working IT for a few years now, I often have access to Junkyard PC's, many parts and items, which I collect and Sell for Coppy Mining/ othe rprecious metals, and I always throw him half the net. and any good hardware I just give to him, rebuild systems and dontate to shelters etc, just a nice way to give back.

THis is a 24/7 thing, Im always picking up stuff to rebuild and donate out, I have about 10 Business that Let me know when they have old hardware that will be thrown out, they let me take my pick for free

So thats One of my all year round Good Deads, I also have Seasonal Deeds =)

When I was growing up, my neighbor was a really nice woman and her husband too, they used to run a cake making bakery type shop Local in my town, and they collectively have 80 Cats and 5 dogs!! But they started getting older and the Husband could no longer handle Yard Chores, so I offered to help, at the time they were giving me $20 a week for Full Maintenance, I was still in highschool so the cash was welcome, as it was, no matter how much I refused they somehow ended up giving me $20 in cash or random gifts ( They really were awesome). After a few years the Husban Larry passed away, leaving th emost lovable woman in the world completely alone, with now 20 Cats and 3 dogs. So i continued my services and put my foot down a bout not receiving money for this work (which included disposing of a stupid amoutn of Dog Poop).

All in all, for free, I have worked as her Lawn Care tech for about 7 years, I also Shovel her out when it snows and apply salt where neccesary (I have not lived next to her for quite sometime, but I think of her as my own family, My mother hates her because shes Bi-Polar, but my mom gets under anyones skin easily).

Winter is my Good Karma Time, because I have alot of Older people nearby and a very nice Lady who Chrones Disease I believe it was, all in all about 6 Properties that I quickly go out the shovel for during Snow Fall and apply Salt when needed etc. Again, been doign this for these particular Neighbors for the last 4 or 5 years.

My 6 year old started helping out too, because hes Daddys little helper and knows what it means to do Good without expecting a reward, im sure he will continue my little tradition of helping others.

greatest Deed and service that I provide Every day of my Life?

I use a Blinker when I drive! I Follow the Speed Limit! its a Limit not a Suggestion! I never pass on the right and Only go in the left to pass someone else, while using a Blinker of course! I dont Throw Ciggarettes or Other litter out of the window while I drive! My Job has a Toaster oven, Il wait till I get there to eat my Breakfast on the Go! When someone is taking a left turn on a one lane street, i never Pass them by riding the Shoulder airea, people get killed by impatient jerks that do that! Every Morning I tell my Pregnant wife to stay in bed, Il handle Breakfast and getting the little one ready for School, which never works but I Certainly would!

This is a Given, because she is my mother and im a proper Italian Boy, but She fought Cancer for 7 years. Cracked her ankle walking one day, formed a tumor, turns out to be a bad one, Said will Lose the leg, we said Hell No, 47 surgeries later shes cured and still has her leg!!

But those 7 years..... Very Hard, She was stuck in a Hospital bed in the living room forever it seemed, looking back its quite amazing how much time she spent in a hospital bed. After Everyone of those 47 operations, she would be in the hospital, the Doctors would never medicate her ontime so she would be in constant withdrawel because she is used to self administered Demerol Shots at home, there she gets small dose every hour, which is fine, but the nurse was alwya slate by an extra hour, which almost killed her with pain MANY OCCASIONS, So I stayed with her, 24/7 to make sure doctors did the job Ontime everytime. After comming home from every operation, her blood would go Septic and she would be on Deaths door Litterally every other week for 7 years! for 7 years I stood by her side praying for the best, and Im non religious, but this is what my Grandmother would have done so I will follow. Not many people know how hard that is, She had given up a few times but id stuck through it with her. So Im happy to say, while Many people today wouldnt do this, I Did, because thats the right way to be.. Take care of those who cared for you especially, and extend the kindness to others.

Karma has Brought me a good enough life. Money is a Day to Day Struggle, but I love my Wife, I love my Son, and I Love my Soon to be Born Daughter =)

Sorry for the long wall of text here, I do so much for so many people I really cant list it all. Feel fre to ask me any further questions. and the only Charity is ever donate to is St. Judes, and we buy Tropicana Orange Juice, which supposedly saves portion of a rain forest lol, supppposedly we have 19 acres of rain forest saved hehe

I helped this kid get help due to his parents beating him. It was clear his parents mistreated him badly as he had a broken leg and he said his parents didnt mean to break his leg when they were beating him. I couldn't just sit here watching so i told him to tell the police or the school and he did. 1 week after he was moved to an adoption home and he was adopted within a month. I talked to him recently and he is doing much better from what I can tell. He said he really likes his new parents and that now he has more friends since his parents did not let him outside much. He thanked me for the help i gave him but it was all truly him. He was very courageous to tell someone when he was in that position of living with people who mistreated him. Well that is my story of something I did. I hope i didnt make it seem to extreme but thats the most recent thing I did for someone that is worth mentioning. Thanks for reading.

Well Here on the forums, I bought tools from lutro0 which should go straight into his -> Surgery Funds.
Donated My Arm Cortex's -> Which Normal consumers will / hardly/ never be able to get -> Yesterday
Go around the forums helping people build the best rigs for their money, So they can spend it on whatever else.
I donated Money towards fellow Club members [ MLP group ] Which should help them in whatever needs they needed, Some not being able to fund their selves, or just needed a push.
Erm, Theres much more but I rather not say, because the list is pretty extensive and some being quite personal.

Welp Good luck to all.

Every animal, both dog or cat that I have ever had has been from a shelter. In fact, my current dog Bodie who I adore was rescued from a kill shelter down in Georgia and brought up here to New Jersey where he sat in a pound for six months before finally being adopted.

On Tuesday on my way to school I stopped at the gas station to fill up. Right behind me there was a handicapped man. He asked if I take his money to the register for him. I agreed and filled his car up for him too. I did the because both people at the register were busy. Ended up getting to class a few minutes late, but it was worth it.

Well that's it. smile.gif

Awesome freebie and good luck to everyone thumb.gif
