I went with full over blocks.

I still have my 470's and honestly I don't feel like I'm pushing the limits. I can play 6 Eve-online accounts on max settings and still have great frames and my GPU's still don't top out. I can play BF3 on ultra without AA or MSAA though I come damn close to hitting the limits of my Vram I still greatly enjoy the game. SWTOR I max out without issues. Tribes Ascend I max out without worry. I'm sure I can max out or come very close on ME3, and the same with GW2. I'm waiting till the 6xx series releases. If the numbers show it's worth the $$ I'll upgrade to avoid being 2 generations behind. If they cannot perform as expected, I'll upgrade to the 5xx series that will drop in costs and call it golden.

if a dual 120 rad is enough for two gtx480's I can prolly afford it. my cpu would be left with a h60 though. I don't really mind it

I'm not a watercooler yet. But I would think 1 would be more then enough. But I'll let the watercooler folks speak more on that.

I would go with a 360 rad or a thick dual rad like the EX240.
