Using top inlet on FrozenQ Fusion res causes massive bubble vortex

So i wanted to switch my setup to have the inlet for my Reservoir (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/10279/ex-res-166/FrozenQ_PC_Mods_250mm_Liquid_Fusion_V_Series_2nd_Generation_Reservoir_-_UV_Cathode_-_UV_Green_Helix.html?tl=g30c97s165) on the top and the outlet on the bottom as it cuts back on the clutter in my case. Tore everything down and rebuilt it to have the loop go Res(bottom outlet),pump,cpu,360 rad, Res(Top inlet). Filled everything up and noticed the res looked like it was turning to foam. I figured it was just the air in the loop but let it run for a few minutes and it just didnt stop. You can hear it creating more bubbles as the water was returning to the res. Almost like running a hose underwater. Ive seen other setups with the return inlet to the res on the top where it did not cause this. My First thought was that my pump was to strong but its not adjustable so im stuck with what i got. (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/13692/ex-pmp-142/Phobya_DC12-400_12V_Water_Cooling_Pump_-_DC12-400.html?tl=g30c107s153) It works fine when u have the inlet and outlet on the bottom of the res. Any ideas? Sorry if this doesn't make sense i just don't really know how to explain it. Im ordering more tubing here shortly so i can change it up again so ill try to create a video of the problem if it happens again but i would like to figure it out before i plan on trying again.

Thanks for the help!

Here is a link to what i want my setup to look like. http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=210882 I have talked to the owner of this rig and he said he didnt do anything special so i have no clue what my problem could be.

Here is a link to my Current setup with both inlet and outlet on the bottom of the res. I just dont like having to run that much tubing infront of my video cards. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvV8NdpCPeA
