Is this a bug? Screenshot included

Please take a look at this screenshot and tell me what's going on.

I've set my multiplier to 6x and my ram to 400mhz, and CPU-Z confirms this. This Core Temp program seems to think my ram is 533mhz making my core speed 3200mhz, and Windows agrees.

I'm assuming CPU-Z is correct but can anybody explain what's happening? My memory divider is 1:1.

Looks like windows and that other program just detecting it wrong. If it's set to 400Mhz in the bios then it's 400mhz.

Windows XP is just using the stock multiplier for your E6400 (x8), but since its overclocked to 400FSB then Windows is thinking its running at (400x8=3200). Don't worry, this happens for anyone who decreases the stock multiplier on their Core 2 Duo.

Does it turn to 6 and 8, mine use to do the same thing, you have to turn off the quite and cool tec off, look in your bois book, to leave it off, u can end up messing up your PC, overclocking so high.
