Temperatures

My PC is giving me a headache i recently bought some "silent" case fans (which are as loud as the ones i had before)These all came with restrictors which i am not using at the moment
My current TEMPS (using Systool v1.0)
IDLE
CPU = 27 C
Ambient = 32 C

LOAD
CPU = 34-36 C
Ambient = 36 C
(Results taken on an average day regarding weather)

I would like to swap my higher CFM for lower Dba although i know that 55 C is max for an AMD this isnt much help to me as when im gaming i can notice the FPS drop i get from the TEMPS stated above form after an hour or 2 (or 4 ) of playing.

So i would just like to know what a good average temp sould be for a rig like mine really.
Or if any of you have simialr rigs trying to achieve silence (or as close as) without compromising on performance please post up you idle and load temps to give me an idea of whats going on.

Thank you.

Those are good temps. Your load temp is the idle temp for cpu.
Mine idles around 34-36C and I have seen it go up to about 58-59C, but everything still runs fine on it.

i can run games with it like that. I have it folding 24/7, using about 36% which makes temp go up and down from 36-58C, and I can even listen to music, do stuff on the internet, and play games, with no problems.

What you mean TIM?

I live in texas, been around 90-100F past couple of months.

TIM = Thermal Interface Material, I believe, such as AS5, stock stuff etc.

You have ambient temps of over 30 in England? By ambient, do you mean case temps?
