Asus DirectCUII 7970

Dear Asus,

I would really like to give you my money. PLEASE put these in stock somewhere. Anywhere. I'd be willing to go so far as to buy a product at Walmart if it was a DirectCUII 79770. And I don't buy anything at Walmart.

Thanks,

Mac

I mean really, what do I gotta do to get my hands on one of these? I can't find them anywhere. Amazon says they are at least 5 weeks out...and then the 7990 will be out and I'll want one of those instead...but Asus won't have a DirectCU 7990...so I'll have to wait another 5 weeks...and then nvidia will have new stuff out...

it's a vicious cycle.

nowinstock.net It's how I got my 7950 DCII, comin from NY to cali, but it's better than waitin for my local fry's to stock or amazon in like a month or whatever. I called my fry's before i ordered the 7950, and the two people there didn't even know what a 79xx was.

I agree. I would ditch my Diamond 7970 for an Asus 7970 DCII. Just because of the 4x Display Ports on it.

I used that to get my Asus TF tablet about a year ago and it worked perfectly. Unfortunetly their website only checks stock on one Asus DCU 7970 and it's the one I've already got pre-ordered from Amazon..

On the plus side since i just check Amazon lowered the price from $623 down to $579....good deal for the DCII

If they only wanted $600 I would..but $641 + shipping? Naw, I'll save almost a hundred bucks with Amazon by just waiting a week..someone else can have theirs early
