vertex 30gb want to put turbo firmware on it

so i wanted to see if my drive can be changed from a vertex fw1.7 to turbo fw. so i need to run this program in dos.
ive trying to burn it on a cd and also a usb pendrive. not sure how to make my pendrive bootable?

i have this on the pendrive and also i burned these 2 files on a cd what im i doing wrong.
btw i set the bios to removable then cd to hdd. this is on a 780i mobo

any how i got it my usb was on fat32 needed to be on fat. i made my 30gb vertex into a vertex turbo smile.gif
