GTX 560 1GB enough ram to power up 23.5 inch monitor? - Page 2

post #11 of 12
Any card with less than or 1GB vram has problems with BF3 once you crank up Ultra settings and upping AA... it just needs more than 1GB vram and not actually the power of the card.

depends on game ,,

take a look at this:
http://www.geforce.com/Hardware/GPUs/geforce-gtx-560ti/performance

i say 560ti 1gb its barely good for 1080p

=====================

in BF3,,

read this=
http://www.overclock.net/t/1151904/bf3-actual-vram-usage

""the game utilizes more vram if you have more vram.""
1gb vram should be okay, but maybe u will notice pop-out object,,cmiiw

2gb VRAM or more = is for extreme MSAA & huge Resolution setting ...

1gb VRAM = depends on game, but usually use for normal MSAA & common resolution,,(but some big titled game, prefer MSAA off)
