how to overclock gddr5 memory

hi i have a powercolor hd 6950 reference shader unlocked

here are my 3dmark 11 memory overclocking results @1080p, core at default 800, powertune +20%

memory at 1300
graphics score-2441
gt1-10.66
gt2-11.68
gt 3-14.96
gt4-7.66

memory at 1330
graphics score-2454
gt1-10.71
gt2-11.72
gt 3-15.05
gt4-7.71

memory at 1350
graphics score-2462
gt1-10.76
gt2-11.75
gt 3-15.09
gt4-7.74

memory at 1370
graphics score-2467
gt1-10.76
gt2-11.79
gt 3-15.16
gt4-7.74

memory at 1375
graphics score-2471
gt1-10.77
gt2-11.78
gt 3-15.16
gt4-7.77

memory at 1380
graphics score-2452
gt1-10.71
gt2-11.72
gt 3-14.98
gt4-7.72

as the figures suggest performance drops past 1375, my question is should i stick with 1375 or drop to a lower setting for gaming.

1375, 1350 not really much of a difference.
if its stable @ 1375 go ahead and stick with 1375.

thanks will stick with 1375 as it was stable in bf3 and crysis 2 dx11
