Ati and Nvidia are out of there minds. The heat would be insane, even with SLI cards get alot hotter. Think of 3 G80s in 1 case, Im pretty sure it would overheat, unless you watercooled all 3 of them (that would look pretty messy.)
I like the idea of physics cards but i think there should be a easier way instead of filling your computer up more with parts, SLI+soundcard is already tight enough
On top of that the next series of cards use around 300w, thats 900w just for cards if you used 3 cards. I'm guessing only 1% of gamers would want a electricity bill like that. =/
