Sorry, this didn't answer my question... I asked if that Water cooling kit is compatible with the LGA 1155 Socket... It says it is compatible with LGA 1156 sockets but I'm not sure if they have the same mounting alignment or if they are different

Hmm one more thing. Should I be using a P67 motherboard to use the fully unlocked features of the i5-2500k? Or should the ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z/GEN3 be fine for this build?

Realized that after doing research... most of the components were added after the case was finished... very poorly designed case.

I think you're pretty much set. Since the Z68 series support ivy, you can upgrade along the way.
