Hi, i'm currently using Factory Manufactured PC.

Here's the spec:
Brand: Acer Aspire SA85
CPU: Intel Pentium D 820 2.8GHz
Motherboard: Acer E661FXM
Chipset: SiS 661FX
RAM: Apacer 512MB PC3200
Graphics: GeCube Radeon 9550 Extrem Edition 256MB DDR2

it wanted to Overclock my set, but the bios was locked, is there anyway that i can unlock it so that i can overclock it?

Can't overclock it. Specially a laptop.

The Aspire SA85 is a desktop....

Usually, these kind of pre-builds cannot be overclocked through the BIOS. The overclocking options are indeed not available. Don't expect to overclock in the BIOS.

You could try to download clockgen and give it a try, but the results are mixed, especially on those kind of OEM rigs. Some get a decent overclock with it, while others don't get anywhere at all. It's not close as good as overclocking in BIOS, but it's the only thing you've got. Always keep an eye on the temps. That D820 is a hot chip, so be careful.

Then, you can always use ATITool to overclock your video card separately. I think the video is the weakest link in your rig anyways.

ok, thanks...

but can the bios be change so that it can be overclocked?

of course, weather in malaysia is hot & damp, so my CPU's temp is around 50-52 degrees...

i already overclocked my videocard & the max that i can get is 480/685 for stable operation...still waiting for a new cpu & vga cooler...
