so as my computer monitor hooked up with an HDMI cable, and some of the pixels on text flashes a little, and the icons look low quality, you can see the edges of the pixel, but when i change the pixel format from YCbCr 4:4:4 to RGB 4:4:4 PC Standard (Full RGB) it makes the quality better and the pixles don't flash, but it gives the screen this "fuzzy" feel or blurry, but in YCbCr it is more crisp, i don't know if that makes sense to anyone, i also cant get my TV to run in 120hz Refresh rate, i can only get it to 60 @ 1080p.
