PSU Installation

Silverstone Strider Essentials 600W - I was worried that it wasn't sleeved so it wouldn't look good, but after all my cable management, I think everything turned out a'ok!

Motherboard
448

And shes installed - as you can see I pulled the top off the Lian Li case, it made it much easier to work with and get some cables routed through the top portion, absolutely love this case!!
448

Corsair A70 - a really really nice heatsink with some quality fans, best $25 spent on a heatsink (AMIR)
448

And there she is sitting pretty! Just like she owns the place - she owns this processor, running mid 20's right now (though its kind of chilly in here!!) - Oh yea and the memory barely fits in there, had to squeeze it in with that fan :-\
700

Thats one thin HDD - single platter 500GB spinning at 7200rpm's!
448

And of course what fun is life with a high end computer w/o a super fast SSD?? Not much at all I say smile.gif
448

Need some fans for that heatsink smile.gif

And the stars of our show tonight!! I think they look pretty nice with the black and blue theme going on - go pretty well with the motherboard!
448

Here they are sitting pretty smile.gif Idling like champs - holding out in the low 30c's

And here you go! All buttoned up!

I'll be updating with screen shots and benches once I get them, looking to go to bed though as I've already put several hours into this smile.gif Hope y'all are enjoying this as much as I am thus far!

Also of note, I did do some further wire management as you can see in the "behind" shot, but its not shown in the final shot, so those cables in the HDD area are buttoned up.

Started doing some initial benches - does a 53X multi, though I have it at 48X @ 1.45v right now, may test for better at a later time, just a quick and dirty for benching. Running some 3DMark11, Heaven 2.1 right now and will run more as I can! Seems to be pretty quick and doing a mighty fine job of besting everything I can throw at it!
