what should I select?

Go with 1.88.The quick and dirty guide to 4.0 (you were given a link already) gets me to 4.05 with i7-920,i7-930,i7-970.You will see a dramatic increase in heat generated as soon as you move above 3.6GHz.At 4.05 the extra heat is dramatic. All bets are off with 24GB RAM but at least you have a starting point.

EDIT: I do not touch RAM (except voltage 1.65) and am folding stable on all 3 cpu's at theses settings. It is said do not expect to get more than 211blck with my board (sig rig)GigaBytes go higher but if you are satisfied with a stable 4.05 you are good to go (except that big ram)
