Just key in those stock voltages.

Multiplier overclocking is what you want to do with BEs anyway, regardless of whether you want to change VCore or not.

Set the RAM voltage to whatever the manufacturer specs are. 1.5 is the default for DDR3, but some sets ask for more.

No, key in, meaning to manually type them in; just as your bios says to do.

Example: if my credit card doesn't swipe, then they key in the #. Looking at the same principle here; setting to auto can change the voltage un-necessarily; by manually setting it, it will, hopefully, stay at a constant, ensuring you get the maximum out of X voltage.
