Samsung 830 or Crucial M4?

Thread Starter
I'm trying to decide between the two to go into my rig but I don't know which would be the better choice. I just want to keep all of my programs on it excluding steam of course. I'm looking at the 128GB capacity.

Which ever one is cheaper imo, they all perform about the same and are reliable. Also, consider the Plextor M3 Series, it has a 5yr warranty rather than the normal 3yr too...and is the cheapest!

These are the cheapest prices i could find...

o.0

For what price? I see it at ~$180...i'd much rather have any of the others especially since they performance better, proven more reliable and cheaper. Besides that...it is OCZ, they have so-so Customer support.

So there is no reason to get the Octane. thumb.gif

From the reviews I've seen, performance of the Octane is quite underwhelming. Combine that with OCZ reliability and customer service and it's no wonder people only buy them because of the cheap price.
