Looking for a program that shows the volume decibels as numbers.

I recently hurt my ears by accident for listening to my guitar amp thru my sound card. Is there a program that shows the volume decibels? Looking at this graph my card goes to 124db and I'd just like to be safe xD

Turn it all the way down then slowly work your way up till it is at a good volume. Thats the safest way because even short bursts of loud noise do permanent damage. Try this though. http://www.trueaudio.com/rta_abt1.htm
Also remember you can turn your sound card all the way down but still have it be really loud depending on your speakers or headphones if they have a amp in them.
