STAGE ONE OF BUILD, the following link is to my stage two of the mod, hope you guys like it

Build Log As some people need to see one!

#1 First to flip elysium mother board tray...................................... DONE
#2 First to fit 420mm rad in both the top AND bottom of the case......DONE
#3 First to find a differant place to mount a PSU.............................DONE
#4 Custom side panel to hard drive bays........................................DONE
#5 Custom Paint.......................................................................DONE
#6 DO IT MY SELF.....................................................................DONE
#7 To have a clean line build.......................................................DONE

used the old part from my haf case, till i decide which way to go with the hardware.

just wanted to see if the case could be modded and how far you can go with it, and guess what it does and it will...
and also to be the first to swop things around a little, managed to do that so im happy with the end result.

White! If you are going to paint the case, why not paint it somethin completely different from the stock colour?

Nice...I like the idea. So do the doors work on both sides? Or do you need to add a new window?

when i was looking at the case i was hoping that they swopped, when i got it, it was the first thing i tried before i did anything, and yes they are a clean swop side to side, hopfully will get the painting done in the next week or so,
a side note, if you are looking at modding this case, i should have gone for the NON window one, better modding.

well i got the power supply, modded the front of the case a little and it fits, went fully modular, and got the smaller cable set.

now it WILL fit 2 420 rads with no modding

now for the sleeving.

the best place ive found is
furryletters
on ebay, best price and the service is 1st class

How the hell did you fit the PSU there, is the PSU less wide than the standard 150mm or did you som how made the 5.25 inch bay wider than the standard 147mm?? stun.gif

Now how are you going to connect the power cable to PSU?
