[Pending Solution] My 4 Way Classy's MOSFETs just caught fire - Page 6

EVGA is the best. Had something similar happen to my FTW3 board and the turn-around was a week and some days. Never even had to call them, just set-up the RMA online and sent it in. Didn't think I could find an easier RMA program then crosair but EVGA definitely rivals them in customer support.

I complicate things by not living in the US lol

heh thing is TLDR I made a computer case for one of my school projects/course and I need to take pictures with the final product inside which I can't really do without a motherboard. Deadline is March 9th (2 weeks away yea; but I need to have things photographed and put into my coursework before then) so yes I'm a bit anxious to get it ASAP lol
fingers crossed

Ya that is true. I would be anxious too. Hopefully EVGA will rush it thumb.gif

I just know people who sent things in for RMA. The company said they will send them a board. They sent the exact same board lol mad.gifrolleyes.gif

yes!
though Evga are rather slow~ well shipping anyway
according to Tony over @EvgaTaiwan they have a national holiday from the 24th-28th. They'll be checking the board tomrorw to make sure it works (the one they transfered from EvgaUS) and they'll ship out on 1st March.
Fingers crossed that it won't take too long so I can get my rig back up!

Jacob has also said they would cover the shipping fees for my return over to Evga Taiwan. I'll upload the invoice for him either tonight or tomorrow morning; so far so good. Hopefully the board will be OK and I'll have my rig up before next friday!
