Hey man, I keep hearing that the Aurora stuff shouldn't be used for a day-in day-out setup such as yours and mine, but curious to see how things have held up so far? any problems with it thus far? I love that nebula blue, just worried it might do more damage and require more work to maintain. Thanks again, great read thumb.gif

Hi Gerrardo & thanks for the comment:D

I've had the Aurora in for just a little over 7 months now & It's still as good as it was when I first put it in. I can only speak of my experience with the Aurora & for me it's working faultlessly although it is in a SIMPLE loop & I think this is the key here, Be careful how you set up the loop (radiator orrientation is important here, don't have the in-let/out-lets at the top, turn the rad so the ports are at the bottom. This means that any settlement will settle down at the ports, & in so doing get churnned up again as the flow re-starts), Don't put too many blocks in & don't go below a 400lph pump.

As I said, This set-up has worked for me so far & is showing no signs "yet" of any detoriation.... smile.gif

all the best

Luckily both my 360s are mounted horizontally. Question, do you think a CPU/chipset/ram/SLI series loop is too compex for it? I only have 1 90 fitting, the rest are straight barbs and a 45 on the res.

Considering Mick suggests a simple radiator - CPU - GPU loop, I wouldn't recommend using it in your setup.

You guys can look at my build log. I used the aurora blue. LOOKS AWESOME !!

Dont know if something's wrong with my loop, the effect is gone within a week. Oh well. I really enjoyed it biggrin.gif

I "flushed" my system and got Mayhem X1 coolant. I didnt know that there were TONS of those sparking thingys in my RX360 radiator and now my Mayhem X1 coolant has the Aurora effect. biggrin.gif

Appearently they work very well with each other and the sparking effect doesnt seem to wear off. wheee.gif
