EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti Superclocked and PSU

Hi

Can my PSU handle the EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti Superclocked?
It has two +12V rails each 20A and combined 40A/*45A ( I guess *45A is the peak).

What do you think?
It Can Run Crysis

@OP, not much info to be found on that particular PSU, I believe it's a rather old PPFC unit.. still you shouldn't have any issues considering you won't load it beyond 350W.

Thanks for the replies.

Well, I have been running a 9800GTX for about 3 years, I mean is the power consumption of the 560Ti that much higher?
