Hey i was able to overclock my computer but i was wondering if anyone can offer how i can stabilize my CPU

This is some settings i have. i preferably wanna overclock to 4.5 but keep my temp down as well. >> Someone else helped me with my bios but i wanna get it double checked
& what type of cooling would i need to get to cool at 4.5 --> (right now i have an H60 cooler)

Read through several overclocking and BIOS sections from the various reviews to familarize yourself with overclocking on that motherboard.

The H60 should do fine, just make sure you have the pump at the right speed, just check your bios fancontroler isn't limiting it to something daft like 1500rpm (IIRC the pump should be between 3600-4200rpm).
