Laptop under $700

I'm pretty new to laptops (and computers in general), and I've done a bit of looking around, but I can't seem to find the right laptop. There were a couple that caught my eye, but I decided it would probably be best to ask people who know more about these things than I do!

I'm looking for a sturdy, medium sized laptop (bigger than 13", smaller than 17") with pretty high resolution that can handle light gaming. Color accuracy is also really important! Something under 6 lbs would be best, because lugging around a heavy computer isn't that fun.

Any recommendations would be great! Thank you!

Not sure if this fits your category, but I picked up a Acer TimelineX 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I've played The old Republic, Battlefield 3, and Saint's Row 3 on it. I can't run ultra high settings, but with mostly high settings, I can see myself using this for the next 2 years. I didn't buy it to game, I picked it up for college/ gf going to college/ just in case I'm in an area where I can do some light gaming.

Thank you for the response!

Yes, that was one of the laptops I found earlier! Everything looks great, but the 1366x768 resolution threw me off - it's a bit low for what I normally do.

What would your opinion of the Sager NP3250 be? I've never heard of this brand before, but everything about it seems very good!

Sager makes some of the best gaming laptops out there. However, do NOT order directly from them. I would order from XoticPC. I have purchased from them before and their CS is phenomenal. 30 day 100% return policy as well.

I would personally get this: http://www.frys.com/product/6645364?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG

9 hour battery life, dedicated GPU and iGPU (I ran BC2 on this machine and it was completely playable!), and super lightweight. If you are interested I did an unboxing of the product here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i096JKiTN84
