Blue screen during win7 fresh install (not BSOD)

EDIT: I just posted the video.

Hey guys, the video can help you understand my situation better i hope.

As you can see, i just formatted the OS part of the HDD (1/2 partitions) earlier and now I can't even get the windows install screen to show up, its just a blue screen with a moveable cursor.

What should I do, I need this computer working by tomorrow at the latest and this is just stressing me out alot! Thank you alot for your time~

Have you tried a different sata cable or port if you are using a DVD?

Can you only use the bare minimums to get the system running? Like, 1 hdd, 1 stick of ram, etc.
