Running Windows xp everything works great runs strong except when it comes to installations of programs i have 2 ultra320 10k's not in array and it seems like it takes forever to install stuff hardly use any memory or cpu but it seems like they are just running very slow any ideas?

SSD = solid state drive.. its a drive that data is stored in an array of eeprom chips (i think that is the type of chip) so R/W speeds are super fast as unlike mech HDDs they conatain no moving parts.. think of an SSD like RAM but non-volitile
