If you don't care about HT then just turn in off, that'll help some. And if you're just gaming it is actually beneficial to turn off HT. Check the link in my sig for more info.

Thats great,what a guy he is smile.gif
With the H100 id think you will be needing Hyper Threading off as im sure the load would be way too much after 2-3 mins of 100%.

I checked out your benchmarks and its interesting stuff.
I do turn off HT sometimes but for the most i have it turned on as i game and encode video on regular basis,im too lazy for a quick dive nto bios to select a different OC profile tongue.gif

About your benchmarks....they are a little dated now and there are a few games out now that are starting to make better use of more threads,i suppose the use of HT depends on exactly what game your running on your CPU,i hear BF3 makes great use of more threads for example.
Game i play that seem to perform better with HT off and higher clocks are GTA4 and without doubt SC2.

I figured i couldn't have HT but to be honest I have another pc which could do the rendering.

From what I've read, BF3 doesn't benefit from HT either. In fact, there was an issue with micro-stuttering in BF3 with HT-on. I think they may have fixed it now but nonetheless it still seems as though hyperthreading and games don't play nice. It's unfortunate considering some software benefits greatly from HT.
