I am running a water cooled setup (h100 corsair) which i highly recommend as its dropped my temps huge and i would not of been able to achieve these results.
Here are my findings:
4Ghz
Multilpyer: 20
Bclck: 200
Vcore: 1.375
IMC: 1.375
Dram: 1.5
If this doesn't work and you are crashing, up your vcore by .025 and try again. Do not exceed your limits.
Thank you everyone for your help smile.gif
I will update the first post in this thread.

if you want to try for 4.2ghz try these setting wink.gif.

Multiplier: 21
Blck: 200
vcore: same way you had it 1.375 max u should go is 1.4 for 24/7 use
IMC: 1.35
DRAM:1.5

I wish to achieve 4.0 Ghz but I keep running into BSOD 124. So I scaled back to 3.8 GHz with a 1.3875 Vcore and 1.3875 IMC and still I get those BSODs from time to time... I hope you don't run into the same problem as I did.
Something's wrong here. These voltages (both yours and the OP's) are too high for that frequency.

I have a below-average 860 and it requires only 1.31v Vcore and 1.15-1.175v IMC for 3.89GHz (185x21) or 1.35v Vcore and 1.2875v IMC for 4GHz (200x20).My friend even got his 860 to 4GHz with only 1.24v Vcore IIRC.
