Sources at Taiwanese manufacturers provide to Sweclockers that Nvidia is launching the new graphics processor GK104 sometime "after Cebit, but before April" - that in the period March 11 to 31. This circuit will be used for the graphics card GeForce GTX 670 Ti, which is the spiritual successor to the GeForce GTX 560 Ti.

The same sources state that Geforce GTX 670 Ti will perform "better than Geforce GTX 580 and Radeon HD 7950."

VERY interesting! If this is true I'm going to cancel buying a 560ti tomorrow and just wait. But I'm still not really sure yet sadsmiley.gif
It would take a while after release for companies to make non reference boards with there own custom coolers on them. Yeah Ima just buy the 560 ti tomorrow because I hate using this HD5450

Funny that this ended up being the repost, that other article uses this article as their source.

Seriously?? This is to be expected when buying high-end stuff. It won't be high-end for very long. Tis the way with technology. Live and learn. Unless you have a ton of cash to be dumping into computer equipment all the time, you'll find that high-end purchases usually aren't worth it for more than e-peen. And you'll find that there will always be someone else with a bigger e-peen than you, so either learn to live with it, or always be unsatisfied.

Better than 580 but not the 7970? Which means the 680 will probably be better than the 7970 by a margin...
