i got it in a newegg daily deal. got like 50 off msrp. Best case IMO. plenty of room for upgrades. very stylish. the back where the cables hide is the best part because there are plenty of holes and places to fit extra cord length

If your still going to paint the thermal armor red i would suggest using an automotive engine enamel, it has a higher thermal transfer rate than normal enamel paint so it wont effect the thermal armor from doing its job too much, and make sure you dont flood it.

I don't know if I'm going to paint it still. Debating on a Black/red color scheme or a red/red. The armour is black and was going to paint the Inside of the case glossy black. Keep the tubing and water block red. Then line the inside with a nzxt white led stripe. Still kind of throwing ideas in the air. And ideas?

And I don't think the thermal armor really gets hot enough to need an engine head enamel paint. It's a motherboard. Not an inline4 or v6. Kind of a gimmick if you ask me.

On the plus side, my parts should all arrive by tomorrow. Hopefully. I'll take pics

Say what? Engine Enamle is not used for heat transfer....Engine enamle will actually work as an insulator...... In the automotive industry we use it to paint headers, heads, blocks and some times intake manifolds to keep the underhood temps down, more heat will trasnfer thought the exhaust and cooling system's and away from the engine bay allowing for MORE POWER!. Header Wrap is also used to help increase the effectiveness.

On top of this, the thermal armor just acts as an exhaust system. It takes air in from a downward blowing cpu ( or assist fan ) and blows it throw the board from the center out to the edges. So painting is going to little harm to it, if any at all.
