I just got my Steelseries 6GV2 from Newegg 2 nights ago, with this keyboard after only pressing down 2-3 millimeters the keystroke registers even though you haven't push it down more than 1/4 of the way. The first night it was kind of weird getting use to because I came from a Sidewinder keyboard, which isn't a bad keyboard mind you if you play wow and none competitive games. However playing COD, BF3 and CSS I have noticed a huge difference. The thing that took me a little while to get use to was when I type I type fast and sometimes I would hit a key but not push it in all the way and would have to go back and hit the letter in because it didn't register, with this keyboard I would graze the key and think I hadn't punched it in and after already typing 1-2 words and go back and see that it had registered. It took some time to get use to but now that I have I couldn't go back to a regular keyboard, plus the fact that when I play first person shooters I have a split second faster reflex time now that it registers faster than my old keyboard.
