Btw guys, which types of switches are best for gaming (FPS) and general typing (skype, forums), something like for mixed use, or if there isnt anything like that, just for gaming. I've read a lot about Cherry Black and Brown switches, most recommended (probably?) all over the internet so whats your thoughts?
You'll like brown. Black is going to easily be 3 times the force you are used to typing on a scissor switch keyboard.

Thanks man. I was actually going to ask about the force of pressing the buttons, and how does it compare to what Im used to now. Thanks smile.gif So Good keyboards with Brown switches?

I will always recommend a PLU or Leopold keyboard for a first mechanical.

Still didnt manage to understand the difference between tactile and non-tactile..

Tactile keys have bumps to tell you you're going to bottom out. With browns about half way down you'll feel a slight resistance/bump, with blacks you'll go straight down.

I've read that the blacks are the best for gaming and that SteelSeries 6Gv2 is the only gaming keyboard that has them, so I guess this tactile thing is not an issue? Which ones are better, tactiles or nontactiles?

I just got my Steelseries 6GV2 from Newegg 2 nights ago, with this keyboard after only pressing down 2-3 millimeters the keystroke registers even though you haven't push it down more than 1/4 of the way. The first night it was kind of weird getting use to because I came from a Sidewinder keyboard, which isn't a bad keyboard mind you if you play wow and none competitive games. However playing COD, BF3 and CSS I have noticed a huge difference. The thing that took me a little while to get use to was when I type I type fast and sometimes I would hit a key but not push it in all the way and would have to go back and hit the letter in because it didn't register, with this keyboard I would graze the key and think I hadn't punched it in and after already typing 1-2 words and go back and see that it had registered. It took some time to get use to but now that I have I couldn't go back to a regular keyboard, plus the fact that when I play first person shooters I have a split second faster reflex time now that it registers faster than my old keyboard.
