[Androidpit] The Lifebook 2013. The all in one device. - Page 3

This thing looks so sweet! I would totally want one if it did what you wanted....

Imagine if it was as integrated and connected as it could be....

If any one of the devices was within connecting distance... The laptop could be in your car and you could be snapping photos which go directly to the HDD,

You could be doing a presentation with your tablet in hand while having your laptop plugged in to the projector.

Your phone could work through voip and run through the computers internet connection.

The phone could be connected to a network to give you anywhere data for all the devices.

The camera could upload directly to facebook or other social media just like a camera phone.

You could take a normal phone call on your laptop, tablet and phone

You could connect the laptop to a TV and be playing the game on the tablet screen or using it as a controller.

And many many others!

That is one sexy device. I could see that becoming the norm in like 5 years.

So you cant use the laptop if you are using the tablet??? Because the Tablet is the Keyboard. WHYYYYYYYYYY

Why would you want to plug your phone INTO your laptop? This seems like such a step backwards from what I can do with my iPhone and Gaming PC.

I they don't even need to be in the same room as each other now, why would you make me plug in INTO the laptop.

And Why completely disable the use of the laptop when using the tablet externally?

1. iCloud does exactly this, except they don't need to be in a certain distance, they can be anywhere...
2. AirPlay
3. Phones already use 3G, and I don't really want to carry my laptop around to be able to make phone calls....
4. iCloud
5. Pretty sure all Android, WP7 and iPhone's can do this... And new cameras with WiFi can also...
6. Taking a phone call on your laptop and tablet?? Or you could just use your phone?
7. I would rather use a console or my gaming PC, or my iPad than have to use a laptop and a tablet with touch controls.
8. Indeed

1, 2, 3, 4 all rely on your internet. IDK if everyone here on OCN has miracle 3G coverage and spotless wifi everywhere, but whenever I need wireless internet the most... it's not there.

The less reliant I am on my network, the better. Improve the camera in the phone, make the tablet the screen itself, add a backlit physical keyboard, and I would buy this in a heartbeat.
