I recently upgraded to an FX based build using the following:

FX-8120
Asus Sabertooth 990fx
8gb (2x4) G.Skill Sniper 1866mhz DDR3

I was curious if running a Noctua NH-C14 would be adequate for a stable 24/7 4ghz (ish) overclock. I chose this cooler based on the downdraft design working in tandem with the Sabertooth's Ceram!x for additional cooling on the VRM for added stability. If I overestimated the effects of the downdraft design on the motherboard cooling/stability, feel free to educate me.
