i would not recommend overclocking or unlocking with that mobo meant for 95W TPD. like one poster said, your vrms are not cooled.

before you buy any more hardware, i suggest you match your game settings with Win 32 Bit, stock 960T, 460 with 760MB, and about 2GB of RAM. this is assuming you do not have a driver problem.

if you are playing the games in a server, then they might need more ram. 4GB might not be enough, especially using 32 bit.

just did a little reading on what 95 tdp means and on asus website it says 125w cpus is that the same thing

yes he is mistaken you board dose support 125 watts but as it is only a 4+1 phase board and not a 8+2 your going to genarated alot of heat on your VRM VRM is your noth bridge the board wont handle alot of over clocking unless you have some real good cooling

Pick a game that you know it stutter's on. Open it up and set the video quality to the lowest settings, keep the resolution what ever resolution you use. See if it stutter's and such(use Vsync so it wont screan tear). This sounds exactly like what my 460 would do when game settings where set to high for it.
