So my ram timings look like this..... 0001 ram.PNG 46k .PNG file

Is that messed up? low clocks? I tried to find out in my Bios where to change it but did not come across the area, Im using 8GB Patriot 2000mhz(1451MHZ) 2000EL series ram and the m4a89GTD pro/usb3 with amd 1055T @ 3.8... would this be stopping me from gettting to 4.0 GHZ? I cant boot into windows at 4.0

FSB = 272
DRAM 1451
CPU NB 2780mhz
HT link 2176mhz
Vcore 1.46v (1.512v under full load LLC) I shouldnt need 1.46 for stable 3.8 right? it will bsod 30 min into prime blend even at 1.45
cpu NB 1.3v
NB 1.25v

try resetting you BIOS and urn down your memory multiplier to x5.33 or x6:thumb:
try using one of these guides

Hope that helps thumb.gif

umm..i seriously see no problem with the ram ..frequency..
timings are a little high..but patriot RAM=the worst IMO
1420-1670 is the sweet spot for RAM with that mobo
yours is @ 1460? 272 fsb? looks good to me
raise NB to 1.3
and bump ht voltage 2-3 notches..(no more)
here..read this:

edit: IMO
if it makes hyper-pi 32m for 2 runs..it's good.
and 8 tests in prime95 is 'nuff for me (if on amd )

I don't see what's wrong with your timings, really... I don't

Using the x6.66 multiplier you can get 1800Mhz operation if you wish to continue maintaining the 272Mhz bus clock rate.  Remember RAM = bus clock * RAM multi, so you may wish to choose a bus clock that works with your RAM (i.e. allows it to run at a speed you know it is stable at).  You may wish to move your bus clock to 300Mhz, it's somewhat more ideal in that you can use the x6.66 multiplier for exact 2000Mhz operation, then not have to worry about it and have plenty of CPU headroom.  Just remember that at those high speeds you'll probably need more CPU-NB voltage as the IMC is stressed out more.
