It's good that people have their own opinions, but remember that your views are always more convicning when you list out the actual points that you liked/disliked about the games instead of just giving it the "it's bad and I hate it" stamp.
What I liked about ME1: epic story, squad-based gameplay, vehicle sections
What I disliked about ME1: sniper is essentially impossible to use at the start, the movement/cover system was clunky at best and overall there was a tad too much dialog. There's an acceptable level of storytelling and then there's "click on the guy and he will gush out a NOVEL's worth of words at you".
What I liked about ME2: drastically improved gameplay and responsive controls, weapon upgrade system made a lot more sense, a lot of the menus/squad stuff was simplified and made all the excessive stuff in ME1 seem pointless.
What I disliked about ME2: planet scanning, bwrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrwwwrrrrr. No vehicle sections, but the Hammerhead DLC's changed that. That's about it really, amazing game overall.
What I liked about ME3 demo: Sprint is on steroids compared to ME2. The barrel roll mechanic works smoothly. Entering/leaving cover is a bit different and takes getting used to but overall it seems to be an improvement on ME1 and ME2. Squad points/upgrade system is more detailed and branched out. I feel they have taken the best gameplay aspects from ME2 and improved them, which is exactly what I had hoped they would do. Open-world graphics are a huge step up.
What I disliked about ME3 demo: Jesus christ the default fem shep is ugly as hell compared to my ME2's imported face code. And so is Ashley because her lips are astronomically
large, how did the screw that up so badly? Running animations of most characters look really strange. As you can see I'm nitpicking because it's only a demo and therefore an extremely selective, polished and finished portion given to us by Bioware. The rest of the game *could* be absolutely garbage (but I doubt it).
