Most Reliable 1155 sata 3 capable microatx board, z68 or h67 for $120 or less

Just built a computer for my bad using a GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128495

And i got hit with the (apparently very famous) boot loop issue. Sometimes it does it 10 times in a row. It also freezes randomly in windows or in post or bios screen, mostly the post screen, it froze like 15 times just trying to get to bios. I also have an issue where usb mouse and keyboards are very laggy, the mouse movement would freeze and stutter. I tried disabling the USB legacy thing and flashing to the newest bios which claim to fixed the boot loop issue, but seems to have gotten even worse. Im going to RMA the board and will probably change for a different board. Its a shame because I used gigabyte boards in my past 3 builds and all have been running flawlessly.

Im looking for a reliable board, that has usb 3.0, sata 3, and microatx. Im using intel graphics from an i3 so it has to be h67 or z68. Doesnt HAVE to be z68 because my dad only streams baseball games and checks his email so no overclocking. Im more concerned with it being stable.

The build is as follows:

i3 2120
mushkin 4gb 1333 ddr3 ram
antec neo eco 400w power supply
corsair m4 64gb ssd
lian li a04b

that one is a bit over budget, its just a computer for watching videos and checking email, so i doubt i need a mobo that fancy. Again no overclocking will be done, its for my old man

Then your option should be a H mobo. There are several you can pick from, and some under $100

Asrock:

ASUS P8H67-M PRO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131711

If you prefer to go to Z68, there are a couple you can pick from:

ASUS P8Z68-M Pro: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131786

EDIT:
You could even go with an Intel mobo as you do not plan to OC. Not truly meant for an enthusiast, but fit nicely for the average user.

For no overclocking that's way too much money to spend on a Maximus Gene Z.
