So you are telling all the ppl on this forum that has a 5ghz and says that is stable on their machines you are telling them its a lie? and its impossible what they are saying?
And dont call me kid, I dont think there is a reason to start talking to me in a condescending way.
Also another thing is that you have to realize that overclocking is like almost throwing a dart into the dark, depending on how good the cpu that you are getting on your hands you will be able to overclocking less or more from other persons, its the same as unlocking cores on a 4x to make it has 6cores, it can be done yes, but not 100% of the cpus can do it, same happens with overclocking some cpus can reach higher overclocking speeds than others, thats why you see different cpus under the same range, FX8120 and FX8150 are 2 cpus yes, but they are just the same batch of cpus but during test they separate them bc one can run better than other with higher speeds, so if you see a FX8120 running at 5ghz it means it can be done, but not 100% of the fx8120 will be able to do it, if it were so easy to overclock them to higher speeds AMD would just overclocked it themselfs and sell them at higher price.
