Ok, my suggestions:
Total: $1,347.92

Notes:
  • Since you don't have SLI/Crossfire, I selected an Intel 965 Express based board. Better overclocker, esp. with the E6300, and cheaper
  • That water cooling unit likely won't cool good at all. Either invest in good watercooling, or just get a high-end air cooler, like the one I suggested (Noctua is good also, but can't find it in stock)
  • The GameXStream is a lot better than the Ultra. Nuff' said
  • I picked the somewhat smaller version of the Seagate to save some
  • And where do the savings end up? In 2GB DDR2 800 G.Skill RAM. More than worth it.

I would have to agree with Chozart. If your getting a Core 2 duo setup, u need at least 2gb of ram and that gskill is really good for overclocking.

I'd say keep the NUUO he currently has, and upgrade the motherboard to a Kentsfield supporting board (ie, P5B-Deluxe) or the MSI board he posted.

or

Use the money to spend on a watercooling setup, 160 bucks (120 from PSU and 60 from the Ninja) can get you someting nice.

or

Get the E6600 with that extra cash.

Good Job Chozart (as always!)

The NUUO is a little weak for my taste for a highly overclocked Core 2 Duo rig (only 30A max load on the 12V rails).

Good suggestions though Wowza... stuff to think about

Try ZipZoomFly. Their site is a little hard to navigate, but the prices are ok, and on most items free shipping.

I'm sure that NUO would handle that rig just fine.
