Diablo III, had such high hopes for the game, but now I can't even play because of Blizzard's draconian account security
Every time I switch computers I have to reauthenticate myself.
The issue this time was that, in game it asked for my security question, which i answered and I thought that'd be the end of that, no, they want me to sign in online

Please enter verification letters from the text we sent to you phone... guess what, I *JUST* changed my cell number
Okay, so let's go online and submit a support e-mail... requires sign in to account... which I can't.
Decide to call in to get this sorted out... Phone lines open 9-5 p.m. Mon-Sat, hold queue is FULL, I can't even get on the FREAKING hold queue because it's full literally 1 minute after the lines open, and the crappy thing? Even if you get in the queue, it'll take you and hour, maybe two to get in to talk to a regular person, which apparently they're really nice and helpful... that means squat when I can't even contact the company that sold me a $60 game...
Truth be told, I'm glad I got locked out, D3 was a POS anyways, grinding for hours and getting nothing. Thank god I only spent 10-15 hours before I realized how much Blizzard has failed with the game.
