[Released] Opening one Folding postbit just closes the other

Reproducibility:

Happens to me consistently, on this browser.

 

Repro Steps:

1) Go to any thread where there are a few posts by users with a Folding postbit (and example given below).

2) Open one of the postbits.

3) Now, try and open someone else's.

 

You'll notice that all that happens is the first one closes.

 

Expected:

I would like to see either:

 

1) The new one opening, and the first one remain open (this is my preference, since it allows you to compare two people on the fly).

2) The first one closes and the second one opens.

 

Notes:

Only tested on IE9.

FWIW, if you click twice, it closes the previous postbit then opens the one you've selected.

Basically in steps.
Click #1: On postbit 1, opens postbit 1
Click #2: On postbit 2, closes postbit 1
Click #3: On postbit 2, opens postbit 2

In Chrome 17.0.963.56m: For Click 2 and 3 you can just double click quickly and it works fine, kills off the first viewed postbit and opens the second.

However, in IE9, you need to click twice somewhat slowly to close a postbit and open a new one....

Agreed with the Expected section though.

Verified cross-browser and ticketed as #8537.  Not sure what the expected behavior is here, but I listed both expected results as possibilities ad they both make sense.
