So basically, I have CPU-Z say 8192mb's (Which I think is correct)
Than I have Windows, which reports 8.00
And then a gadget, which says. 7671. Why three different amounts?

8GB is equal to 8192MB. 1GB = 1024MB, so 8192/1024 = 8GB.

The 7.49GB usable I'm guessing is because of shared graphics with your graphics card. I could be wrong on this one, so feel free to correct me on this one.

Finally figured it out. I had a small RAM cache thing, removing it fixed the values to all report the same number.
