I plugged the fan back in it and spins ;o but will it stay in there tightly?

If I had bought a card or PC and that was how it was shipped to me I would send it back/RMA the card or the PC. What ever would be easier/faster. Its hard to say what caused the fan to fall off. If it fell off due to being banged or jarred in shipping then I might worry about the rest of the system. So I would feel better after sending it back lol.

sucks to see that happen. I have orderd TONS of stuff from newegg and everything was always shipped nicely and nothing ever showed up broken.

Wonder if this is a "feature" to make cleaning easier? I know my Cooler Mast Excalibur comes apart into like 5 pieces for that reason. Just make sure you haven't lost the ball bearing that goes inside.
