Visual Basic Need help with concatenation and making two pictures click on and off

post #1 of 2
Thread Starter
ok so i need help with concatenation - i have a text box where the user inputs their name and then there is a label text grabbing the name from the text box saying "Welcome, *User name from text box gets put into here*" how do i code that and do i put it as a Click event? so far i have

MsgLabel.Text = "Welcome, " & NameTextBox
How do i declare it as? Enter?

now for the two pictures part. i have to use two pictures of the same tv. one is off and the other is on. i have to code it so whenever i click one, the other one will show instead. and vice versa. i know i have to do something like TvPictureBox.Visible = False or something like that.

any help is appreciated. thanks!

Does the user click a button? I so, but it as the on_click event for that button.
