X6 1090t adjusting the turbo mode?

Thread Starter
Is it possible to adjust the turbo on the CPU so instead of going from 3.2 to 3.7 I could make the 3 cores go up to 4.0. Sound kinda cool if it's possible instead of making everything run over clocked.

Turbo on Thuban is pretty bad though. Its uptime is horrid compared to the Intel equivalent and the Turbo on Bulldozer.

If your bios doesn't have an option to adjust it, AMD overdrive does.

Its cooler if you overclock to 4GHz and enable Cool-and-Quiet thumb.gif
