Activision Jr. and Bioware are garbage. 80 dollars/pounds for a complete game? What a joke! It is like buying a novel that excludes one of the most lore important characters in a trilogy.

EA is laughing at any Mass Effect fan dumb enough to support getting fleeced like this.

This. I don't see why people assume "OMG a prothean! must have 100% impact on story!!!!". Hell, this guy could just be a janitor or something. At most I'd expect some extra dialog but given that Zaeed was a mission with legs I wouldn't hold my breath.

it wasn't intentional for say, the DLC wasn't started till much later when all of the game was finished. it wasn't until recently by atleast a few months that the DLC was finished. redface.gif so it was alittle late...

they are basing on one of the backbones in the story which was protheans destruction, so they assume that this prothean would make a big impact but reality of it tho is that if this Prothean were to make a big impact in the story then it would change the story to rather a much different story. which of course wouldn't make sense given how the story has been in 1 and 2... there will probably be dialogs at certain points like with Zaeed and Kasumi, just don't expect much of anything else tho biggrin.gif.

Theres no way in hell Bioware said oh hey guys we're done 3 months early lets make DLC to sell on launch day instead of reiterating our game or making a few extra side missions.

It's obvious EA told Bioware to cut a few things from the compelete game to sell to as DLC.
