I have one, it is about the same as a M4, but with toggle NAND and a 5yr warranty.
My review/unboxing here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1208440/plextor-m3-series-128gb-ssd-unboxing-and-review

Adriana Lima may almost have convinced me to buy that, but (unfortunately?) I picked up an m4 yesterday from Memory Express for $169 (which was a pretty good deal I might add). From the little I've tested it, it's running lightning quick just like it's supposed so I guess I'll be sated with it. Flashed it with FW 0309 right away so I should be (mostly) problem-free.

And right now, it's kind of sitting idle (and idly useless because it sure as hell isn't good at being a storage drive). I'm wondering whether to just get a new Windows 7 install up on it, do a Windows 8 install when the Consumer Preview comes out on the 29th... as far as longevity goes, I don't think either choice is a good option because Windows 8 vanilla comes out later this year?
