I had both the below boards and where both good.

DFI nF4X Infinity Socket 754 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX

EPoX EP-8NPA SLI Socket 754 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX

The epox was stable, gig LAN, nForce4, supports 2x1gb ram, and 2 PCI-Express 16x slots. Will run one card at 8x (no 16x, too bad) or 2 cards at 8x and 8x. Did not try to OC so I have no clue. I would only get this board if you want SLI, otherwise get the Infinity.

The Infinity I had was stable, gig LAN, nForce4, supported 3x1gb ram, and had 16x PCI Express. Its a good Overclocking board. I did notice on newegg there were mixed feelings, but overall its gets good rating.

If you want an AGP I have no clue. Have not owned an AGP except in a dell in a couple years.

Also how fast is your current CPU? Also what kind of video card do you have? Cause for $150 you might just buy a 939 CPU w/ motherboard and be near $150.

the best is the DFI Lanparty UT N Force 3 250

but, for PCI-E sake, the Biostar is the runner up.

It's a good board, simple setup.

Just $38 away from your limit...

If you have a case, HDD, Dvd drive or w/e and PSU AND Videocards, you should be good to go! I had a 754 Board, but trust me, the 754 boards are fast up to a certain point, they have limited ownage...

If you insist on 754, heres a good one

that board is pci-e, hed need a new videocard, and 3500 isnt a great value, might as well get a 3000+, so what you showed him is kinda pointless unless he has more $
cant complain..
