What are the stop codes? Are they all the same or do they vary? Is there anything else common between the BSODs?

If they are always at idle, do you have speed step enabled (downclocking the CPU at idle)? That accounted for some of my BSODs, the BIOS was dropping the Vcore too much at idle.

Zip up one of your memory dumps and post it here, I will have a look at it when I get home (unless someone beats me to it).

You can find the memory dump in C:\Windows - look for MEMORY or MINIDUMP.

sorry i have not replied but i cant access my memory dump files says access denied. I am signed in as admin and have changed the file permissions still wont let me do anything with them. i keep getting bsod every couple of days dunno whether to take the whole build apart and rebuild it. I am so stressed and stuck right now i'll probably break something if i do.

I have not changed anything on my pc because i need it to work for some assignments. I have recently updated my nvidia graphics driver and i have not had a bsod since and it was around 3 days ago so i'm guessing it was a graphics driver issue causing the bsod.
I think i may need a fresh install of windows now as i have had around 8 bsod and i have heard this corrupts your os. Probably gonna wait til next week as i am upgrading my mother board because Aria sent me one that cant SLI and i even asked them when i purchased it i know i should have checked more but this is my first build and i trusted aria's opinion.
Now i gotta buy another cos they wont do anything about it. Was thinking of getting an Asus rampage gene 3 z68 would this be a decent upgrade from this gigabyte z68 ap d3?
